Download this video for the song Mods Rule filmed in1996.

As an homage to the days of driving his '84 Vespa-100' and wearing sharp suits in the late 80's, this song quickly became Lyon's signature tune after the demise of his first country-rock band Strange Days followed by the formation of his new rockin' roll band 'The Shannon Lyon Pop Explosion'. It didn't hurt that the song was tailor-made for a video as well, which today serves as a document of the heady mid-'90s K-W music scene centred around the much-missed Volcano Club. The video received only a hand full of spins on MuchMusic, but that didn't stop these 4 lads from doing three Canadian tours between '96 and '97 in support of their one and only album Mods Rule which is unfortunately out of print at the moment. Still, for those who were there, this song remains one of Lyon's most requested, and the tune that (dostavka cvetov omsk) put Kitchener-Waterloo on the national musical map. (Jody Cram, drums; Mike Alviano, guitar; Adam Buschlen, bass & vocals; Shannon Lyon, guitar & vocals)

Filmed by Dayna Hawerchuk, the set features an interesting mix of old, new and unreleased material, some of which would turn up on 2003's Wandered. Three months after this performance Lyon would move to Europe.
